- The paperwork is handled. Medical, police clearance, certificate checks and the visa file are managed for you.
- Two years of support. We help you settle, step in if there is a problem, and if a placement fails we either transfer you or facilitate your return.
For employers
Vetted African workers, documented end to end
Bazania Africa Ltd sources, screens and prepares workers for roles wherever skilled professionals are needed, and manages clearance, verification and visas.
- Pre-filtered pipeline. You interview and select from consistent, verified candidate profiles.
- Compliance handled. Medical checks, police clearance and embassy submission are managed and documented.
- Replace within the probation period. If a placed worker is unsatisfactory, we replace them within the agreed probation period, at no extra fee.
- Support for the whole contract. We are available to help settle any disagreement between you and the worker throughout the contract.
Two years of support
Our commitment does not end when you arrive. We support both employers and employees throughout the full contract period, helping with communication, resolving challenges, and promoting a successful working relationship.
