Our commitment does not end when you arrive. We support both employers and employees throughout the full contract period, helping with communication, resolving challenges, and promoting a successful working relationship.

How the platform works
Accounts and dashboards open after launch. Three roles:
Admin
The Bazania Africa Ltd team manages vacancies, screens candidates, builds profiles, and runs the clearance and visa process.
Candidate
Workers see roles, complete their profile, upload documents, and track where they are in the process. Accounts are created by the Bazania Africa Ltd team.
Employer
Employers post vacancies, review verified profiles, run interviews, and select the workers they want to hire.
