How placement works

The Bazania Africa Ltd process is the same eight steps for every placement, from sourcing against a real job to two years of support after the worker arrives.

Timelines vary by role, country and embassy. Bazania Africa Ltd never promises a visa outcome.

  1. 1

    About 1 to 2 weeks

    We advertise the role

Every search starts from a confirmed job with a named employer, not a general database sign up.

Roles are posted through our partner networks in Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria and Ghana so the right people hear about them.

    For the candidate

You apply to a genuine job with a real employer behind it.

    For the employer

Your vacancy reaches a pre-filtered pipeline, not the open market.

  2. 2

    About 1 week

    We screen against the requirements

We interview each candidate, confirm their experience, and check that their documents are in order.

Candidates who are not ready are told what to fix rather than passed along.

    For the candidate

You get a clear picture of whether you qualify and what is missing.

    For the employer

Only candidates who meet your stated requirements move forward.

  3. 3

    A few days

    We build the candidate profile

Each candidate gets a structured profile that shows their real skills on the job.

The profile is what the employer reviews, so it has to be accurate and complete.

    For the candidate

Your experience is presented properly, in your own words and on camera.

    For the employer

You review consistent, verified profiles instead of loose CVs.

  4. 4

    The employer selects

Employers can request video interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Nothing moves to the visa stage until both the employer and the candidate have agreed to the placement.

    For the candidate

You choose to accept an offer. Nothing happens without your consent.

    For the employer

You interview and select the people you actually want to hire.

  5. 5

    About 2 to 4 weeks

    Medical and police clearance

Medical screening is done at approved centres for the destination country.

A certificate of good conduct is obtained from the relevant police authority.

    For the candidate

We tell you exactly which checks are needed and where to do them.

    For the employer

Health and background checks are completed and documented before travel.

  6. 6

    Varies by role

    Certificates and training verified

We verify trade and training certificates with the issuing bodies.

Where an employer needs a specific skill topped up, short training is arranged before departure.

    For the candidate

If you need a short course to be ready, we help you get it.

    For the employer

Skills and credentials are checked at source, not taken on trust.

  7. 7

    Set by the embassy

    Embassy visa submission

We prepare the full application, book the appointments, and submit on the candidate's behalf.

We keep the candidate and the employer updated while the application is processed.

    For the candidate

The paperwork is handled for you and you are kept informed.

    For the employer

One point of contact manages the visa process end to end.

  8. 8

Flight and two years of support

The air ticket and travel are arranged once the visa is approved.

For two years we help the worker settle in, and we mediate if issues come up with the employer.

If a placed worker proves unsatisfactory, we arrange a replacement within the agreed probation period, at no extra placement fee.

Throughout the contract, we remain available to help settle any disagreement between employer and worker.

    For the candidate

You are not on your own. We stay involved for two full years.

    For the employer

If a placed worker is unsatisfactory, we replace them within the agreed probation period at no extra fee, and stay available to help settle disagreements for the full contract.

There are no upfront placement fees on this site. Any required payments are clearly explained and made only as directed by Bazania Africa Ltd.
