When you contact us or submit a form we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact details, the kind of work you do or the roles you are hiring for.

For candidates who proceed to placement, Bazania Africa Ltd also handles documents required by the process, including identity documents, certificates, medical results and police clearance certificates.

To respond to your enquiry, to assess and prepare a candidate for a role, and to compile and submit visa applications on a candidate's behalf.

We share information only with the parties the process requires: the prospective employer, medical and clearance providers, and the relevant embassy.

You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.
